Founder + CEO

“Before I started ‘the moon and all its stars’, I struggled to find sleepwear that was both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing in Sri lanka. In fact, I use to sleep in my 6’ 8” Brother’s oversized old t-shirts. As someone who was already in the fashion industry and had many conversations with family, friends and colleagues, I realized that there was a gap in the marketplace. I started ‘the moon and all Its stars’ in 2018 to cater to that need and then relaunched in 2021 again due to the new norms set in clothing with loungewear and basics!

Now we have expanded both in retail and our online presence with our own website which allows us to reach more global audience!”
