We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.
You will receive an email notification once you have placed the order, once we dispatched the order and after it has been delivered to you.

Delivery will take minimum 7 to 10 days for any orders outside Sri Lanka.
Delivery will take 3 to 5 days if you are living in Sri Lanka.

Returns + Exchanges
For customers within Sri Lanka, exchange is possible within 3 days of delivery.
For international customers exchange is possible within 14 days of delivery.
If the issue is on the customers end (i.e – change in size, style, colour way), then the cost to return it and have the new product sent back to them needs to be absorbed by the customer.
If the issue is on our end (i.e – damages to the products, Wrong products), then the cost to return it and have the new product sent back to the customer will be absorbed by us.
We do not give refunds only exchanges.
Contact the MAIS customer care team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
All returned/exchanged items must be new, unused and with all the MAIS brand tags on the garment in their original condition. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
We allow an exchange of all item(s) purchased on the MAIS website.
Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size(s) or alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price, if any.
The purchased item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We request you to ensure that the items are packed properly for return/exchange to avoid damages and tampering on their way to us.
All returned/exchanged items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange and credit policy.
We only allow exchanges.
